At Body Evolution we can provide really enjoyable group activites for you.

You can pick from any of our outdoor, wellness or fitness activities (and we have an awful lot of them!!) to create a day especially for you. You are guranteed to go home tired but happy after a wonderful experience with us.

Don't forget we are only 30 mins from the M50 so rounding up the gang for a day or a few days away doesn't have to cost the earth.

If you don't see anything you would like then contact us and we will organise something else for you.

We have also teamed up with accommodation providers in our area and can provide a beautiful place for your group to stay no matter what the budget.
