Unwind and relax on one of our Pilates and Relaxation workshops. Start with a Pilates workshop where you can improve flexibility, tone your tummy, improve core strength and help to alleviate back problems. This is followed with a relaxation session where you can relax the mind and body.
You will go home feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Workshops take place on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
Next workshops take place on Saturday 11th June and Saturday 6th August.
