Pilates

Strengthen your core and improve flexibilty with Pilates. Pilates takes place in the Evolution Space at Body Evolution. The Evolution space provides a calm and tranquil environment in which to practice Pilates. You will enjoy a view of the surrounding Wicklow hills and countryside during the class.

The Pliates classes are taught by qualified and experienced pilates instructor Gill. Pilates is an invigorating form of exercise for your mind and body that can improve your strength, flexibility and overall mobility. It helps restore your body to balance. As a result, your posture will change and you will move more efficiently. You'll achieve a strong core, develop longer, leaner muscles and improve your overall sense of well-being. And, if you are a sports enthusiast, Pilates can help improve your game.

We have a class for every level of ability.

Pilates with Equipment: A deep workout for those with some Pilates experience or looking for something different. Thursday Evenings 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Mat Pilates: The class you know and love. Pilates exercises performed on a pilates mat. The classes are aimed at beginner to intermediate standard. Thursday Eveninigs 7.30pm - 8.30pm and Friday mornings 9.45am - 10.45pm.

Tough Pilates: A tougher more physical class for those looking to step it up a gear. Thursday evenings at 8.30pm

Chair Pilates: This is a class specifically for older people or those carrying injuries. Pilates movements done while seated.

Only 75 euros for a 6 week course of any Pilates class.
