Yoga Workshops run on a Saturday morning from 10am till 1.30pm.
Yoga Workshops provide an opportunity to practice a concentrated amount of yoga so that you get the chance to fully stretch, tone and relax.
Workshops often involve other disciplines including other forms relaxation/medititive techniques.
